NORWELD Niche Academy

NORWELD is excited to announce a new offering for our members. Beginning October 1, 2024, NORWELD members will have access to four self-paced modules created by Novare Library Services in our new NORWELD Niche Academy. These modules include:

Botley

Children learn early STEM skills with Botley the Coding Robot. Botley teaches the basics of coding through active play and promotes both critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Animal Science

As children explore and examine the fascinating specimens, replicas, and X-rays in this kit, they'll feel just like real scientists making incredible discoveries!

Breakout EDU

The Breakout EDU STEM Kit includes everything needed to play any of the 1500+ games on the Breakout EDU platform.

Code and Go Mouse

Children build hands-on coding skills with Colby the programmable robot mouse! Construct a maze and then use the coding cards to create a step-by-step path to guide Colby through the maze.

Code-a-Pillar

Code-a-Pillar is a unique caterpillar that features easy-to-connect segments that preschoolers and arrange and rearrange to "tell" the toy how to move. Children learn sequencing, programming, and problem solving when they build a sequence that creates a path for Code-a-Pillar to reach a target.

Coding Critters

Children learn early coding skills with the Coding Critters. Rumble & Bumble, Skye the Unicorn, and Blazer the Dragon teach the basics of coding through screen-free storybooks and play.
