NASA Space Place

Launched in 1998, NASA Space Place's mission is to inspire and enrich upper-elementary-aged kids' learning of space and Earth science online through fun games, hands-on activities, informative articles and engaging short videos. With material in both English and Spanish and resources for parents and teachers, NASA Space Place has something for everyone.

NASA Station Spacewalk Game

In the Station Spacewalk Game, the player assumes the role of an astronaut who complete a series of missions to repair the International Space Station without running out of oxygen. The game can be played in browser or downloaded on both Windows and Mac platforms.

Paper Stomp Rocket

Construct your own paper stomp rocket and launcher using only PVC pipes and fittings, paper, electrical tape, glue, and an empty 2-liter bottle. The launcher works by forcing air through PVC pipes, which launches a lightweight paper rocket high into the air.
